A trip to my brain.
Of course, when I am alone in my room, I always imagine a situation where someone has broken into my home and is rummaging through the house. In this scenario in my head, the burglar opens my door to ransack my room, right as I am changing clothes. There I am, half naked, with a stranger in my doorway and wanting to steal my things. This is where it gets a little fuzzy. Does the burglar instinctively freak out and shut the door? Does he/she do me harm to continue with the stealing spree? What would be different if I was wearing clothes. I don’t know. Then I try to imagine what I would do wearing their shoes (which (s)he no doubt stole from some sorry soul); but my mind simply cannot compute.
I tend to think of scenarios like this all the time. Not necessarily ones involving burglars, or me in the nude. Just things that could happen, but probably won’t. I mean, I’m sure they have happened to someone somewhere. But they are just not part on the daily canon (does that even make sense? I don’t care. I shall use the term “daily canon”). I think this makes life interesting. Fun, sporadic moments don’t occur in real life; but they most certainly do occur in my head.
tl;dr: I think if a stranger was ever in my home uninvited, I would just strip naked to drive them off.

It’s likely that if you startled a burglar he would just, well, shoot you.
